Container Washer

The Container Washer is positioned in the receiving area.

Equipped with a crate conveyor and a water-spray and disinfection system the trolleys will be cleaned very easily and efficiently.

The trolleys are pulled inside the washer by a chain conveyor where they are washed with water jets of 3-6 bars pressure.

Following the wash section the crates are rinsed.

At this point disinfectants may be added by using the built-in chemical dosing pump. The pump takes water from the main tank and pumps it to the nozzles in the washing section, where water comes back through the filter unit.

The filter separates debris and solid waste from water and takes it out to the discharging chute.
