Automatic Breast Cap Deboner

The automatic breast cap deboner is designed to separate the fillet from the caps. It can produce a fillet or half-fillet (with or without skin) at a maximum rate of 2,500 pieces per hour. The resulting product looks excellent and is very suitable for packaging on trays.

All moving parts are driven by a chain that is driven centrally by a single motor. This ensures very consistent performance, as well as durability and reliability of the device. The operator manually overlays the breast on the product carriers - called the saddle. This element is shaped in such a way that the applied breast fits it exactly. The machine cuts, tears off the skin and removes bones without any human intervention.

From 1,000 kg of breast carcass, we obtain the following components:
clean fillet - 74%
trim pieces/offcuts - 2.5%
skin - 6%
bones and residues - 17.5%
