Bird Unloader

The bird unloader is designed for releasing carcasses from shackles in a poultry evisceration line.

Design and operation:
The carcass unloader is made of stainless, acid-resistant materials. It is suspended from the supporting structure of the overhead conveyor. Carcasses transported in shackles of the overhead conveyor (after their feet are cut) are transferred to guiding rods of the unloader, where they are automatically pushed off the shackles. The unloader is driven by the chain conveyor over a curve.
