High Capacity Evisceration Machine

Type: AP-L

high capacitypoultry evisceratorThis machine has been specifically designed for a much higher throughput (up to 12,000BPH) and guarantees complete removal of the viscera package while maintaining the highest food safety standards. Its innovative design significantly reduces damage to the intestines and crop, while effectively preventing external contamination. The system operates without the need for backup personnel, lowering labour costs and maximising yield. Featuring a compact and adaptable configuration, the eviscerator integrates effortlessly into a wide range of processing environments. The device is manufactured with a shackle pitch of either 6 inch or 8 inch.

The system is designed for high-speed, automated processing, reducing labour costs while ensuring consistent output. Its capability to handle a wide range of bird weights without adjustment makes it a highly adaptable solution for large-scale poultry processors aiming to maximize efficiency and throughput.

Design and operation:
The machine consists of:

  • Sturdy frame made of stainless steel hollow square section
  • Evisceration spoon is mounted to the upper part of the upper sliding block
  • In the lower part of the sliding block, a spoon is mounted for holding the carcass, which is lifted by the guiding rail upon entry into the device
  • The position of the carcass is determined by the guiding rail and the leg guide mounted in the lower part of the main shaft. The guiding rails are mounted on the guide in order to ensure proper entry of chickens into the machine
  • Drive to the rotating elements of the device is transmitted by a drive wheel mounted underneath the upper transverse beam
  • Screw elevator for adjusting the height of the main shaft is mounted under the main shaft

Principle of operation:
Birds enter the machine with their backs facing the inside of the machine. Their position is fixed by the foot loop, wing grip and the activated breast plate. The eviscerating spoon is guided along the chicken, along the sternum up to the throat. Then it is turned towards the back part of the chicken and taken out with the viscera. On exiting the device, the viscera are released from the spoon. They hang loosely, attached to the back part of the chicken.
